* We have urgent requirement of 3 positions respectively for West, South and East regions.
You would be responsible for:
- Finding prospective franchise properties in the defined zone under all brands (FOFO model).
- Finding Franchisees for the existing properties as per business requirement under all brands.
- Exploring New Markets w.r.t. revenue, catchment, placement of brands etc. from purely Franchise perspective.
- Meeting the Timeline and Number Targets w.r.t. monthly/quarterly/ Half yearly and annual plans.
- Ensuring longevity with the Franchisees.
- Ensuring all Franchisees adhere to the brand / company guidelines w.r.t. operations/ processes/ payments and always maintain a cordial relationship between company and Franchisee.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
