o Managing payroll & accounting reconciliation
o Managing Full and Final settlement, review of pending settlement, shortage Recovery from employees including managing tracker
o Payroll tool administration & Process improvement, Regular interaction with vendor in fixing issues
o Managing complete Salary taxation & Employee Grievance
o Managing Year End activity like Investment proof collection TDS reconciliation, and filing annual & Quarterly e-TDS Returns and manage Form 16
o Managing Gratuity trust and settlement process including gratuity audit.
o Provided all necessary data report & reconciliation for external & internal auditors
o Validation of all necessary report required by statutory auditors like - TDS, PF, PT, ESI & Statutory Bonus Reconciliation along with necessary challan
o Validation of report which is needed for Actuarial Valuation & interacting with them
o Ensure timely submission of all statutory compliance/dues
